Nagamani has a sterling academic record with a galore of gold medals and scholarships. She has received many prestigious awards and citations including the “Rajyotsava Award”, the highest award for the state of Karnataka.
Nagamani is presently working as a visiting Professor of Music at the Bangalore University. She presently devotes most of her time promulgating the glory of Carnatic music through concerts, workshops, features and lecture demonstrations.
